    (i).Whether a Police Officer ( Investigation Officer ) can submit prayer before an Executive Magistrate for recording a dying declaration ?
    (ii).Whether a Police Officer ( Investigation Officer ) can submit prayer before an Judicial Magistrate for recording a dying declaration ?
    (iii).Whether the dying declaration recorded by the Judicial Magistrate or by an Executive Magistrate having the same evidential value or not ?
    (iv).While Police Officer ( Investigating Officer ) record statement of witness U/S 161 CrPC the statement is not required to be signed by the witness ( as per Section 162 CrPC ) what is to be done while recording the dying declaration U/S 32(1) Evidence Act ? Whether such declaration to be signed by that person or not ?
