    All other videos say their rubbish but now that I've seen the internals.... im definitely getting one as it's basically exact same design to ghk glock 17 gen 3 with gas blowback nozzle so definitely gettign this

    This was an interesting video. Thank you!
    Been thinking of getting this M17 as airsoft also. Got the pellet airgun M17 and just love it. This one started to seem as another choice - since it just might be lower in price. But apparently this F17 do differ a whole lot internally from the M17 - and therefore I'll be paying up for the M17 over this one..
    Good video! Thanks!

    they were both issued in the trials, the smaller version is just another configuration, As far as i know the small one is issued in USMC while the other one is everyone else

    the p320 m18 is also a military pistol. i believe the marines chose the shorter pistol as the sidearm of choice

    I'm curious if you found any mounting plate for the optic mount. I tried mounting a sotac rmr on mine and I found out it won't fit.

    No there are no backstrap what it is that it can swap different side frame along with the whole trigger mechanism

    so, they made an extended mag that hold less than a standard one? why? the cool part is that the spring is actualy longer to fit in the larger mag. so... if icut the pice that keeps the underplate in place, and i make a hole in the plate, i will have anctual extended mag.
    i will try and tell if it works like it should.

      Did this work? I have the Sig M17, and it looks about the same on the magazine. It had some bad issues out of the box that had to be fixed, but it's up and running fine now. Just wish that I had more capacity.

      Because these were made to be training pistols for those who use the actual p320. The real extended magazine holds 21 rounds of 9mm

      @nonsolosoftair8338 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cheesydebris
      yes, but actually no, baybe some were made to be used for training, but since airsoft is became more indipendent from tactical training an similar the majority of the replicas hold more rounds than the originals. and, as the real 1911 have 7/8 rounds, and the others hold 10 more, a normal person would prefer the higher capacity, expecially if there are no caliber difference.
      any way, is the standard mag that hold 21(airsoft), an extended magazine which hold less makes me think about california's gun laws, and dosen't make sense.
      P.S. if you want the real capacity, you just load the number of rounds you need, ok milsim, but they are not the only ones that play airsoft.

    • @cheesydebris
      @cheesydebris 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      non solo softair this replica airsoft pistol was made specifically for the tactical training crowd. That is why the extended magazine is limited to the same amount that the actual firearm magazine holds. Other replicas are not, that is why the 1911 can hold more than 10rnds as that firearm is marketed to the gamer.

    At 5:36 the picture clearly shows the hop up rubber is shifted to the side, which will probably cause bb's fly to the side and not straight. How is the perfromance in real life?

    @Bespoke Airsoft I have one of these and have chatted with a few owners on forums who own this model also (P320) There seems to be a design flaw with the hop unit where it applies hop uneven from the top causing bb’s to swerve off to the right after 20/25 meters. Have you experienced any feedback regarding this from people who have purchased this from you? Tia

    • @lukaskordik3671
      @lukaskordik3671 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you stop the video at 5:36, you will clearly see, that the hop-up rubber is shifted more to the left side from the vertical axis. This will for sure cause the HOP spin the bb's more to the side.

      @The0Dark0Warrior 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@brightpri6692 The WE one hasn't good externals I think. I saw some slides with broken parts from use. Pot metal stuff.
      For overall quality I would go for the sig one. But if you have FPS limit issues, the WE one is lower, thus more suited for CQB fields.
      Though... If you go for the Sig and use blue gas instead of Green gas, you can match the WE in terms of fps too, which Imo is the ideal choice if you have the money for Sig.

  • @icolater27

    Get the VFC instead much much better. Review forgot to tell you that the WE trigger is wrong shape, inner housing needs a screw to be removed which is wrong per real Steel. Stress parts (ie hammer strut sear etc) are made of cheap pot metal as opposed to Steel on the VFC. Have a nice day

    • @Jae678
      @Jae678 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The WE used the pre-recall trigger, which you are correct was never on the M17. Their fix for the recall was to replace the P320 trigger with the M17 one(as well as safety mechanisms already in the M17) As for the trigger parts, 100% agree. WE has always used garbage metal in their guns. That said my sidearm for the past 5 years has been a WE Kimber 1911 clone and has had zero issues. I guess that's what you get with pot metal: a crap shoot
