Correct, Ellen Crimi's video is dated Mar 6, 2021 and Becca's video is Jul 15, 2022. TH-cam actually recommends Ellen's video when we click on this video. The terms they use are "inspired by" / "recreate" because they don't want to say copied. A quick look at TH-cam's recommendations and we can see that all "artists" are copying - even Jazza has copied, but he mentions the channels he was "inspired by".
