I agree. Play calling has been terrible…I’m a homer and loved Demeco being the coach but the defense has not been good. They were all over the bears who SUCK but that’s it.
We beat, what appears now to be 2 of the worst teams in the NFL. We have yet to see any of the brilliance we saw last year. Almost every successful drive this year appears to have relied partially on luck and Stroud pulling off miracle passes. I don't consider beating the Jags to be a bounce back game. Beating the Bills the week after is what's considered a bounce back game.

I would argue that the offensive playcalling has been a much bigger issue.
I have said everything you have said but the hype train keeps moving. This team needs to prove itself before we put this amount of trust in it.

I couldn't agree more. Stroud has done everything he can. The offensive playcalling has been abysmal!
Adding FA Talent has ruined the Mojo we had last season . O-line dummy Tunsil hasn't helped either .
OC is the main issue. Adding more weapons but producing less offensively is a terrible sign for Slowik.
