Great knife. Got "two", green and black! Had to mod the clip AND sand down the handle on both. Worth it though! A pretty perfect EDC for me. Great video too btw!
Awesome knife! I keep seeing videos for the Range Boss by everyone. I’m saving up for Demkos latest AD knife. That would be my first Demko. That last shot made me hungry. What’s a winter like in SA pants instead of shorts? You don’t cold enough for snow do you. 😂
Winter differs from place to place but here it has not been colder than 3 degrees C yet. Thanks the Range boss is n budget knife about 44 dollars I think. It is a light but big knife. The demko shark lock knives look really cool. I cannot wait to see your video.

I like your knife, and your barbacue habilities ! I have 3 or 4 knives, all work ones with black scales. But this od green and the brown one, really caught my eye !!!! Bon appetit!!!
You bend the clip tip out and the whole clip out till it is like a 1/32 " out from the handle ! I mod every cold steel I have that way ! Then it's not necessarily to smooth the handle ! Good review !
@@STUFFWEDO I found the textured handle very rough, and I thought the handle scales were weaker than I would like. However, I took it apart and found STEEL LINERS! After sanding down rough handle and bending the pocket clip, I like this knife a great deal!
It is a sweet knife but I also had to bend the clip. Cold steel knives sometimes feel cheapish but they are generally really strong. Thanks for letting me know.
@@STUFFWEDO Yeah, that clip was insane. I'm left-handed so I was sad the knife did not come with a lefty clip. I would totally recommend this knife to anyone as long as they are will to do a little bit of setup.
It is based on the broken skull but the budget version. I suppose the "range boss" refers to Stone cold as the broken skull ranch was his. Thank you for watching.
@@STUFFWEDO I fight all CS clips using a vice :D They do certainly a very tough clips. Still after mods it does not fit my jeans as good as my other knives. Good for tight fit, but not ideal for frequent extraction from pocket (destroys pockets).

At one point didn’t they make the range boss in 4116 steel or am I mistaken?

Surely you can just press the mode button on your scales for it to display pounds?
Nope. I can show you liquid, grams and milk. They were the cheapest scales I could get. Now I know why.

Great knife, terrible pocket clip.
Thank you for watching. I took a table spoon and lifted/ bent the pocket clip a bit and now it is much better but be careful not to overdo it.
