How many people get killed by Local Trains in Mumbai ( not driver's fault at all but he becomes scapegoat ) ?? papers state 500 to 1000 every year. i.e. atleast 2 per day. And that is figure the papers are allowed to show ? What is actual figure is anyone's guess. Never the less the crowding in Mumbai and locals does not end. So also in many metro cities. If that's what is written in their destiny no one can change that. Whatever number of alternative transport means are put and then the cities get more and more crowded. The vicious cycle spiralling out of control many ministers, governments and companies. Common people are given no money nor any say in what the transportation people do.
That's what happens when some people try to act smart n risk by taking short cut when footbridge is already made to avoid such things but some are stubborn can't do anything.
No wonder people get killed crossing the track like that & i can see a footbridge only a few metres away the police should round up some of the culprits & put them behind the bars for a couple of weeks & that should get the message thru.😠😠😠⚰⚰⚰🪦🪦🪦💐💮🌹🌺
