Next time, I plan on topping it with chopped brisket.
This is pretty much how i make mine, except i add about 4 ounces of cream cheese to the cheese sauce. Adds a little extra creaminess and a different level of depth of flavor
Adding heavy cream will also make it so good !!!!
I like it with cream cheese
try alfredo sauce. and melt cheese on top at the end. and then split the mac in half in two layers when reheating, so there is cheese crust on all of it.
lmao @ 4:54 when you add the cheese sauce, the sexy music plays.

Made this for Thanksgiving last year and it was the first thing to go! It was so delicious I'm making it again!!
As AB says this recipe is fire! I made it for Thanksgiving. My husband and I loved it. I didn't have the Creole Kick, so I used Tony's Creole Seasoning and it turned out perfect. The recipe turned out so well that I bought the Best of Both Worlds cookbook. Thank you AB for making cooking easy!
About how much?
How much of the Tony’s did you use?
I use TONY'S in EVERYTHING!!!
Real LA boy right there! Keep at it AB! God bless ya!
