Perhaps not 100% related question, but we have adsense account, we depleted 3 Pins, can not get a new one. The message is get in contact with us, but there is no one that has an answer. A suggestion was, to set up a business account. Is this possible ? Can a private and a business be owner of a channel ? Or the private one has to be altered into a business account, which seems to be impossible to do. Only thing is if we delete the private one we probably can not delete as there is money (frozen) from 4 months ago. Google has our ID has the bankdetails as they used it to check. But need to have a pin , which they not sent anymore after 3 strikes you are out. What would you do ?

Then it means your adsense is still linked with either TH-cam or other website

Thank you for this truly amazing detailed video. I truly appreciate your hard work on this but unfortunately, after all the options I'm still unable to close my payment profile. Well, the only Active subscription I have is the Google Adsense account and when I went into the User management where it shows admin access I don't have the option of disabling my admin access role. So I am active but in the google adsense account settings, it says YOU CAN'T CURRENTLY CLOSE YOUR PROFILE PAYMENT, and when I go to google paym1ent center - subscription and services it doesn't allow me to close the account because of that same message that I would need to first close any active subscriptions and services. I am frustrated with it and don't know what else to do. I will appreciate your future advice. Thank you

They did because Adsense was created immediately after creating TH-cam channel. Now it's changed, now adsense is created and linked to TH-cam after you meet all monetization requirements. That's why you might have received this message

Yes.... I was not able to access my original AdSense account due to the new AdSense terms and conditions. So the email I used for the administrative one got lost so I can't access it anymore so I need to cancel it and link another AdSense account to my TH-cam channel.
If you cannot access old adsense account then you cannot close it. Try to make new adsense but with different information. It would work that way.

Followed your steps but failed to close payment profile. Adsense account deleted, cant access admob it says you can not access, closed adward account, renamed channel,... after all these steps, it till shows same error. Channel watchtime 4K hours completed, 1.6K subscribers...but still Monetisation shows the error "Your channel is not eligible."

So you have 2 Adsense accounts and 2 youtube channels, right? If your step 2 is in process, you need to wait until youtube approves it or rejects it. Also adsense doesn't allow you to create more than 1 adsense accounts
