As a developer, I am glad to learn about newly available enhancements and how I may implement them for my customers, thanks for this!

This is a great look at Utah and I appreciate it. One note though: If 1,000 accessibility updates were made, why not point out at least one? Putting a number with no context seems worse than saying nothing at all, because it looks like accessibility is either so trivial or difficult to understand that you can't even mention what types of features were updated. Following with a page of information on dark theme instead kind of adds to that narrative, especially when dark themes themselves are a type of accessibility feature, just one that is more popular and not associated with 'those people we don't talk about'.
I hope I'm the future ServiceNow finds a way to discuss accessibility in a more useful and informative way, because I think your work to expand that functionally should be rewarded and that there are a *lot* of admins that dread hearing from HR that they have to learn accessibility because someone needs it. It would be nice if these features were more mainstream and best practice than optional add-ons.

I love favorites grouping feature. I observed that favorites reordering and grouping was not working till I added a new favorite. I mean drag and drop of a favorite under a new custom group wasn't working. It would be great if we could have the grouping feature while we try to create a new favorite 😃
