I had the same issue with the inside zipper pull. My fix was to open the inside zipper just a bit and tuck in the zipper pull. Now it stays put and my change is still secure. :)
I just got mine couple days ago! I love it! that only thing I don’t like is the leather zipper, I would like a zipper like the zippy wallet to close but I can’t afford that one, soo also I think is to big. Overall the clemence has a perfect size. I like the way it fits in my small purse

I want it in the monogram too, but I was wondering what you think of the durability of the leather tab? I’m worried that the leather might crack and come apart on the tab. That’s the only thing I’m worried about.

No they don't, but I find receipts and a few other bits and pieces can if I don't make sure they are in there properly.
