I’ll be your recipe guy today:
Preheat Oven 350 F
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
2 eggs
Mix
2 bananas
Mush into batter
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix in separate bowl, sift into wet ingredients, mixing with spatula as you go
Optional: Chocolate chips (1/2 cup to 1 cup at your discretion)
Pour and mix with spatula
Spray bread pan, pour in batter and smoothen top
Bake 60 minutes
