Hiya, have some lore: - In this AU of Hypno’s Lullaby, basically everyone lives inside a video game. Some can hop between worlds and even universes, but not everyone. - Boyfriend and Girlfriend are just normal trainers that happen to be really dumb. Boyfriend still has his MissingNo and Girlfriend just acts like she’s one herself. - Dawn caught a Gengar not too long before her encounter with Beelze. - Dawn’s Gengar and Boyfriend are literal homies. They play video games and get drunk illegally. - Despite his goofy antics and pranks, all Gengar wants is for both him and his trainer to be safe and happy. And he’ll do anything to make that happen. - Gengar can kill people. In several twisted ways. If he deems you’re worthy to die by his hands, pray to god it’s quick and painless. - Hell Bell doesn’t mean actual harm, at least not here. He’s just grooving, not realizing he’s almost breaking Dawn’s eardrums. - Beelze dies in Pissgar, he’s gone forever. Dawn decided to keep Hell Bell as her own after the events of Pissgar so she just has a demonic Bronzong now. - Dawn’s basically friends with all the trainers around her game. This includes but not limited to: Steven, Mike, Glitchy Red, Gold, Blake and Red. Shinto also seems to be pretty much besties with her as well. - In all her traveling, despite them being in the game, Dawn has never encountered the likes of Hypno, White Hand or Buried Alive.
As someone who loves to write up his own lore, it brings me joy to see others coming up with their own lore for stuff. Especially in this case, where you clearly just had fun bullshitting up such an unlikely story. Remix is also lovely! Gengar's and Dawn's chromatics sound great, and I absolutely LOVE that Hell Bell's performing too! That thing's a big fave in the entire mod.
Gengar is channeling the power of Valhalla to steal Beelze's hat, Beelze is fucking pissed, Dawn is confused and scared and Hell Bell doesn't see the ghost trying to steal his master's hat.
supposedly this Gengard is not programmed to be able to be defeated I guess that hell bell tries to remove Gengard from Vellce's head with his deadly bell sounds but it does not affect him
