Thank you for the useful video. After arriving at Niagara Falls GO station, is there a bus or shuttle service that will take me to downtown Niagara Falls where I can find hotels? This month, my family and I will be visiting Toronto for the first time. Are there any shuttles between Niagara Falls and Buffalo Niagara International Airports? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
1) Niagara ON Go station -> Niagara downtown.
It was served by city buses when I last went. If they no longer pick up from there, then there is a bus stop just a walk away around the station. I'd take any of those buses they all end up going downtown. Of course, Uber is also an option.
2) As for Niagara ON to BUF airport, you can book a van if you're a family. We booked a van for 6 and paid around $160 in 2022 with this company:

There are scanners at the lobby (where ticket and information kiosks are). Most travelers scan/tap at one of those next to the elevator that takes you to the platforms.
You can also tap on the train itself (or bus) right at the door. Other than the PRESTO card (which simulates PayPal), they also accept credit or debit card (which you can also do on your smartphone or smartwatch):
