But I'm sure that no matter what I'm not giving up. And neither should you.
I'm a 15 year old, 6'3 Aussie. And I can tell you that making a kg of muscle mass is nearly impossible with my metabolism. But the determination to improove and push past any limitations is what keeps me going. You've already been born mate. Life is the toughest fucking thing you can experience. Working out and sticking with a weekly program ain't nothing compared to what others have to suffer in this cruel world man.
@@calisbet5396 do you even know how the gymnastics version looks like. Your scapula is not protracted in it you just hold it with straddle or straight legs and the things there come from the lower back not from the abs. Look it up and stop being toxic.
