The way to judge a good journeyman is the amount of wins against the amount of times he boxed in his hometown. From what I see Arv never boxed in Birmingham. That is incredible! The stats never tell the full story. Great interview. 👍
Great interview. Remember watching him on show after show, week after week. He had the pineapple hair do. Really knew his way around ring. Lovely to hear his side of his career. What a gentleman. 👍👍👍
What a great interview , such an honest man who really tells it like it is. I last saw Arv box in Nottingham in March 2003 against Jon Wollins , I always liked his movement. My brother in law Leroy Williamson was also in the Nobby stable at the same time. 👍
Great great man ❤️
Great pod mate
Enjoyed every minute of that. What a man Arv is. Brilliant.
What a lovely guy - great work Tris
