Awesome talk. It’s pretty cool. I’m actually picking up on some of what your talking about and I only started with HTML 5 recently. I’m really looking forward to delving into the developer tools available once I get past HTML, CSS and into JavaScript, Python, and react later this year.
The enterprise license for Ag Grid is the main reason I'm using TanStack table. I'm not going to pay for an ag grid license just to have row expansion.
Learning to code, not even front end, and the part where he goes into the absurd number of props made, leading into giving control elsewhere, made that whole concept of IoC just click into place with an ah-hah moment.
The interesting thing is ag-grid is now forcing react clients onto a react based renderer and it runs like arse. It’s a real problem in finance and -probably going to cause us to either stop updating or jump to an in house canvas grid as we simply need the perf.
