- Hello Everyone! In this slow and gentle ASMR video we will work on helping you collect your thoughts and slow down after a busy day. There is guided relaxation, negative energy / plucking, gentle hand movements, up close camera movements, sleep suggestions and guided imagery. It is done in a soft spoken tone with occasional whisper.
