Hi Bob! Thanks for the comment, here's a sneak peak at an up coming video incase you head up before I get the chance to bring the road's video to life online (and anyone else heading up there to do some riding soon). It is coming up but I believe you shouldn't miss, Letterkenny Road, I think it's the gem for me so far. I maybe off on the segment, but I believe its the "Letterkenny" portion, the middle road in the RTH Top 10 -> Rockingham, Letterkenny & Foymount Road. If not it's Rockingham or the Foymount segment of the trio, it's billed as one road/same GPX file. So definitely don't miss this one "Rockingham, Letterkenny & Foymount Road" Cheers!!!

Yesterday I rode Flinton rd and it has deuterated since last year. I also did the 506 and 509 which are great to ride and have awesome scenery. After a 7 hour ride my arthritic neck said I wasn't going anywhere today, I am pretty sure I have been on the Madawaska rd about 3 years ago.

Hi Vance, yeah riding for long periods of time definitely ramps up the aches and pains. On the neck side of things I bought an ultra light carbon fiber LS2 helmet and it really helped me especially with the added weight of the camera strapped to mine. If you don't have one already, just be careful if that interests you, some of the carbon fiber helmets are more or less the same weight as their non carbon fiber versions???? Thanks for commenting

@@arthritic.adventures No helmet cam for me as the weight and air drag would kill me. I have to keep rotating my head around to keep my neck from seizing up so the filming wouldn't be that great. The whip lash injury from decades ago has really come back to haunt me now that I am retired !!!!!
