I just purchased a set of slip on mufflers from Temu. Identical to product retailed by Road Shark exhaust. RS price is $229.00 plus $40 shipping. Temu price is $129 (including tax) and free shipping. Received seven days from ordering.

I purchased 2 of the Temu chin spoilers. I left one black and one I am going to paint Gunship Grey to match the bike. I have to say...I am so glad that you did this video. It's a shame that Harley charges $359.00 for this item. It should be a warning to all, what the markup is on items. I found these spoilers to be of great quality and for $37 but 10 of them, in the event something happens to it. Again, thanks for the video.
Never bought anything at all from TEMU. But I have purchased a few of the Chinese knockoffs from Amazon/EBay. For my 1997 Road King, I bought a set of 14+ stretched saddle bags for $250. They were painted and the lids/latches were fully assembled. I didn't want to spend the big money for the nice aftermarket bags since I had no idea if I could make them fit my old bike. So I went with the cheap ones. It's been 4 years and they are just fine. The paint looks good and the latches work and haven't broken. My general rule is: save money when it makes sense, but buy quality when it matters. My engine mods, lighting, and seat/backrest are all good quality parts.

I’ve been following you for a while now, always enjoy you videos. I like that our taste on our Roadglide-ST’s don’t align. I like to see what the opposite of what I’m doing to my bike would look like. Just goes to show you how much Harley is ripping it’s customers and why they are in decline.I do not buy cheap Harley parts. I’m all aftermarket.
Great comparison. Before you gave the price of the HD part I was thinking about $100. I about fell outta my chair when the actual price was shown. I bet the only real difference is in the packaging. And that's one thing HD parts have. And that's good packaging.

HD also gives better instructions on most items. On-line, they give more. Some of my anonymous Amazon parts have no instructions and the listing actually states it.

Ive found some good parts on ebay. Update fairing 2013 -2015 fairing vents and mounts. Ordered OEM inner and outter. But pretty good on the parts from ebay from company named TCMT

Oh! I ordered and installed. Free shipping and I think it was worth the money. Quality good and it looks better than temu and its metal and the mosh is some type or hard chrome coated plastic I think.
As shown in the video, the one I bought from TEMU is identical to the one I pulled off my CVO Street Glide with exception of the color match versus vivid black. No sure if you saw that part of the video. I did head to head comparison and pulled part number and picture from HD as shown in the video. 👍
Thanks for the heads up on this part. I've wanted the chin spoiler for my SG-ST for a long time but refused to pay HD that much for the part. At $40 w/tax, why not try this and see how well it holds up. Hopefully it doesn't fall off while I'm going down the road.

I've saved a lot of money buying parts either from Amazonor even Temu. I have a friend who made fun of me saying I purchased a 45K bike and putting on Amazon parts.. But i've gotten parts that are same quality for a fraction of the price - more moeny for gas and riding :)

Just been on fp4 site apparently it kills the two o2 sensors on the rear of the exhaust and stops waring lights. So thanks to you I'll eventually buy fp4 and V&H exhaust and fit it myself using your vid for reference 😁😁😁😁
Your not kidding thought I was doomed to riding a singer sewing machine lol went to a bike meet yesterday and was fine till a harly with a full system came in and I skulled out on mine very quietly 😂😂😂😂😂😂 first bike ever I've not changed the exhaust on, thanks for your assistance it's been helpful

Uh the MoCo is gonna erase you from their Xmas gratification list 😂 not blaming you, I regularly get parts that are well reviewed from Amazon for a fraction of the cost HD charges. I even go further and use the HD installation instructions as in most cases those are valid as the Amazon stuff is a 1-1 knock off. I bought fairing lowers on Amazon and got the HD hardware and used their online installation instructions. I save a ton of cash and the lowers look great. Good presentation, Rick 👍

If I listed for 13:36 well I ever find out the Prices? OK at 9:53 you say the HD one costs $399.00 yet the Parts page says $359.95. That's a $40.00 discrepancy. OK vs $35.75 or $109.99
As I stated in the video, I put the screen shot of the Harley part on the screen so if I misspoke the price was shown correctly. I know all manufacturers charge more but Yea I can’t believe HD is charging that for a piece of plastic I could see maybe 100 to 150!for painting maybe more for different colors but damn didn’t know Chinese plastic has gone up

That is absolutely ridiculous. $ 359.00 for a piece of plastic. No contest. There are some things that Harley Quality is way better but for a piece like that TEMU wins hands down.

How c could you not know temu if you watch the tube😂. All hd parts I've bought at dealer have had a made in Taiwan sticker in the package anyway. Might as well save some money where you can and avoid Harley tax

Probably both were made in the same factory people don’t realize a lot of the parts for Harley are made in foreign countries they are not American made bikes anymore

Everything you buy accessories foot pegs you name it hand grips it's all made in China that Harley sells. Harley's making a huge profit getting stuff from China Taiwan and putting their name on it

I have a 2023 Street Gide and I installed the oil cooler. Harley said their chin spoiler would not fit, so for the cost of this I figured I’d go for it. FITS LIKE A GLOVE. plus the paint looks good.

Never ordered from TEMU, always been Amazon. I ordered the "EXACT" same item you are showcasing in your video. You paid, $35.75. I paid $109.99. Quality? Looks about the same. I am extremely pleased with mine. Perfect paint match. I have also purchased fairing lowers, Rear fender extension, King Tour Pak, Saddle bag extensions and many "MANY" other items including LED lighting and such. I just can't be ok with spending HD price when I can buy the "EXACT" item supplied by Amazon or other places. And yes! Before anyone calls me out on it. The King tour pak, rear fender extension, fairing lowers actually had the same part number embossed as what is used by Harley Davidson. Why would I spend for example, $2100.00 for a King tour pak with lights when I can buy the "EXACT" same parts number matching item for $439.00.

Not sure what part you ordered from Amazon that had the same stamping as HD. Most of Amazon, off brand parts are cheaper metal and finishes. Docking hardware, seats, lowers… I built a bike and found out the hard way.

I've saved a lot of money buying parts either from Amazonor even Temu. I have a friend who made fun of me saying I purchased a 45K bike and putting on Amazon parts.. But i've gotten parts that are same quality for a fraction of the price - more moeny for gas and riding :)

Just been on fp4 site apparently it kills the two o2 sensors on the rear of the exhaust and stops waring lights. So thanks to you I'll eventually buy fp4 and V&H exhaust and fit it myself using your vid for reference 😁😁😁😁

Uh the MoCo is gonna erase you from their Xmas gratification list 😂 not blaming you, I regularly get parts that are well reviewed from Amazon for a fraction of the cost HD charges. I even go further and use the HD installation instructions as in most cases those are valid as the Amazon stuff is a 1-1 knock off. I bought fairing lowers on Amazon and got the HD hardware and used their online installation instructions. I save a ton of cash and the lowers look great. Good presentation, Rick 👍

If I listed for 13:36 well I ever find out the Prices? OK at 9:53 you say the HD one costs $399.00 yet the Parts page says $359.95. That's a $40.00 discrepancy. OK vs $35.75 or $109.99
As I stated in the video, I put the screen shot of the Harley part on the screen so if I misspoke the price was shown correctly. That is absolutely ridiculous. $ 359.00 for a piece of plastic. No contest. There are some things that Harley Quality is way better but for a piece like that TEMU wins hands down.

I have a 2023 Street Gide and I installed the oil cooler. Harley said their chin spoiler would not fit, so for the cost of this I figured I’d go for it. FITS LIKE A GLOVE. plus the paint looks good.

Never ordered from TEMU, always been Amazon. I ordered the "EXACT" same item you are showcasing in your video. You paid, $35.75. I paid $109.99. Quality? Looks about the same. I am extremely pleased with mine. Perfect paint match. I have also purchased fairing lowers, Rear fender extension, King Tour Pak, Saddle bag extensions and many "MANY" other items including LED lighting and such. I just can't be ok with spending HD price when I can buy the "EXACT" item supplied by Amazon or other places. And yes! Before anyone calls me out on it. The King tour pak, rear fender extension, fairing lowers actually had the same part number embossed as what is used by Harley Davidson. Why would I spend for example, $2100.00 for a King tour pak with lights when I can buy the "EXACT" same parts number matching item for $439.00.

Not sure what part you ordered from Amazon that had the same stamping as HD. Most of Amazon, off brand parts are cheaper metal and finishes. Docking hardware, seats, lowers… I built a bike and found out the hard way.
