Hard to do credit transfer unless the subject is fully similar and all the courses match. Otherwise, you can apply from Hungary for an Italian study visa. Just the way you would do from Bangladesh. Like showing bank statements, accommodation and all other requirements.

You can’t give IMAT from Bangladesh. You have to go India or Italy to sit for the exam.
