Ist sie/er, in Spiegel zurückschaut, Dich selbst?
Seit wann, sind wir nicht mehr eins, mit uns Selbst? Denn wir haben uns irgendwann uns Selbst zu bestimmen gelernt, was wir sind oder auch nicht. Ich bin nicht klug für…., ich bin nicht schön genug für…, ich bin nicht gut genug für…., ich habe kein Talent für… .
Manchmal ich weiss nicht mehr, wer ich wirklich bin, und was meinen wirklichen Sinn im Leben ist.
Ich will mit Sich Selbst Eins sein, und mich lieben, wie ich wirklich bin.
Und dieses Leben voll leben.

Since when are we no longer one with ourselves? Because at some point we have learned to determine ourselves what we are or not. I'm not smart for…., I'm not beautiful enough for…, I'm not good enough for…., I have no talent for….
Sometimes I don't know who I really am and what my real purpose in life is.
I want to be one with myself and love myself for who I really am.
And live this life fully.

いつから私達は自身と一体ではなくなったのでしょう？
いつの頃か私達は自分が何であるのか、あるいはないのか、自分自身で定めることを学びました。
私は…をするには賢くない。私は美しくない。私は…のために十分ではない。私には…のための才能がない。
自分が本当に誰なのか、人生の本当の目的が何なのかわからないことがあります。
私は自分自身と一体になりたい、そして自分が本当の自分であることを愛したいと思います。
そして、この人生を満ち足りて生きたいと願います。
