This video was a great example that "higher power level" does not always mean "more degenerate". There was lots of back and forth in this game and lots of powerful threats and answers.
I don't think you can use mana from Castle Garenbrig to unmorph creatures because that isn't an activated ability; it's a special action that doesn't use the stack.
Wait. So Jeremy wanted to Rift in response to a wheel effect, but tried to stop Stephen because he was worried about the 1/1s from the Locust God? Rift solves all of the those problems. I don't get that play at all.

I get that when you play with the same players over and over your threat assessment tends to shift to the player vs the actual board, but this game was pretty brutal. It was pretty obvious Steven was the archenemy even though obviously Justin was pulling ahead. That chaos warp by Jeremy was specifically hard to watch. It was obviously 2v1 and then he wasted resources he didnt need to waste on Steven (fancy play syndrome?) He needed every resource to claw back into the game and it could have been used to even out Justin or Jonathan’s threats. Just tough to watch really poor threat assessment and not want to say something.

Justin’s card knowledge is immense, always pulls random cards off the top of his head. Name ability, everything!

Jeremy had 3 a few episodes ago (episode 200) the rest had at least 4 at the same time
The shirts are awesome. That commander energy is a great shirt!
@48:05, after the Disdainful Stroke, why did Jeremy put the whole mutated creature into the graveyard and not just Otrimi?
Because it died in combat. It was a 5/5 blocking a 5/5. Jeremy tried to turn it into a 6/6 to save it, but the 6/6 got countered.
Because then the block happened and it dies to combat damage. When he was mutating Otrimi it would have forced Justin to sac the attacking creature.
Thank you for the clarification y’all!
After tuning into Justin’s stream asking him about playing Ojutai since the last Ojutai video I’m satisfied with thid

I only say it because he made the same mistake twice in the same video... Once with his own Ugin.

A lot of card draw missed on the Gastly Conscription
When Johnathan played the spell that brought back all his creatures and manifested them he missed his 6 draw triggers off of his commander
Shouldn't Jonathan have drawn card for each creature he brought back with ghostly conscription since Kadena was out ?
Yes and it isn't a choice to draw either. HUGE blunder and no one mentions it....
