I took 1 only at night every day for 3 days or when I like to do a touch up and since then my little lady down there have been odor free and just lovely

Use Palmer Cocoa Butter cream!! I use that and mix with a little lotion. It was a time my skin was SOOOOO dry from east coast winters and surgery scars. It has eased and smoothed my scars.

I went to Target and got a travel size bottle of Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap ($2), a manual facial cleansing brush by Eco-Tools ($5), and switched my deodorant to Arm & Hammer Essentials natural deodorant (it has no aluminum)($3). I'm not sure if my deodorant or shaving was making my pits darker but I'm so glad they're back to my complexion now. Thanks!

Deodorant that has aluminum in it causes the darkness of your underarms. I found an all-natural deodorant that works well for me and the brand is Schmidt’s in the rose scent. I’m like you don’t need, because I’m not a heavy sweater. I work from home, so I will only use it if I have to out.

True! Growing up as an African in Germany I wanted to be more "modern". So I stopped using the sponge. My skin was a mess. When I started using it again the amount of ingrown hairs decreased and my skin wasn't as rough and dry.
Kaylyn Boyd The sponge is more abrasive so it actually feels like you’re removing dirt from your skin. At least for me, I feel cleaner using the sponge rather than just a face towel.
@@Infintekweyol Personally, I think the African sponge is better. Its rougher texture enables you to remove dead skincells really fast and effectively. Just don't use it on the face. If you get a harder version of the sponge soak it in hot water for about 30 minutes before your first usage. It will get softer so it won't be harsh on your skin. Sorry if my English is bad.

I’ve used to use Schmidt’s but it eventually caused my under arm to darken. I now use Fresh deodorant and my underarm definitely lighten up. It’s does have Aluminum. Everything is not for everybody. Trial and error.
