Seriously??? All this money does not need to be spent on a no good report. Just give the money to the people. With say, the Japanese that was kept locked on compounds here in usa. Maybe the Harvard’s 11 billion dollar endowment can be cut in half and the money spent on building affordable housing in predominantly minority low income neighborhoods. That’s enough to buy over 15,000 low cost housing units and rent them at rates less than 80% of median rent, and still make back most of the investment over time.
