Downloaded the song. I mean, holy shit! Has a song ever worked this hard to justify 2 and a half minutes before, ever? It could've just been a verse/chorus repeat because it's that good and yet he switches up things every single section. In fact he's switching up on high hat tones before the first verse is even through. All the changes make the song listenable on repeat probably forever. Fucking masterpiece. Smack thumbs up if you agree!

This song is brilliantly written, performed and produced and the video is refreshingly original and amusing. It is incredibly catchy, short and to the point and not dragged out like so many songs.

The video is not at all refreshingly original lol it’s following a major indie band music video trope with the blank studio backdrop and the quirky juxtaposed lifeless attitude. I could name at least three other music videos that are extremely similar. I love porches but I sighed when I first watched this.
