Die Idee ist ja nicht schlecht. Allerdings ... die Klinge von dem Messer braucht unbedingt mal einen ordentlichen Schliff. Mich dünkt, das Messer ist so gar nicht richtig scharf. Anleitungen hierzu gibt es hier auf TH-cam mehr als man denkt ... einfach mal eine Anleitung aussuchen und machen. - Dann klappt es auch mit der Möhre.
