Kinda, but Callima Karma is a bit hidden. First you need to unlock the epilogue songs, beat the first one, equip fatalis hikari and disable their skill, then play last and don’t hit any notes. All this for an alternate ending that seems to not be the canon one and also Callima Karma. (Going off memory might of gotten a step wrong)

Play "Last" with fatalis hikari (sealed) but don't hit anything. After the song ends don't tap refuse fate and wait for 2~ seconds then a new button appears. Press on that button

Lock fatalis Hikari`s skill and play Last. Do not do anything and make sure your score remains 0, which will unlock a new option at the end of the song called "Accept Arcaea". Choose this option will unlock the alternative ending and Callima Karma.
