Moved to Russian server. I am surprised that community is less toxic. No campers at market. Admins much better too. Should have started playing there earlier.

Read the announcements in grand rp official discord. Rockstar changed their rules about copyright and third party mods etc. Grand is working to add everything back now but they mentioned that things might look a little bit different.
When you sell a car to gov in Russian servers you get 50% of state value but in English servers you get 10%
200 publi is like 2 grand coins in EN servers

yea you will not be happy to see server condition right now is bad all real cars are gone and clothes and brands to all are down bad pop is keep going lower even they change the name of cars from real to gtav cars what is this
