How do you attach to a wood ceiling & structure?

Oh that would be nice! Be sure to bunch up the tulle real good tho bcos tulle can be see thru if not enough.

Is there a way to do this / attach it if my venue doesn’t have those ceiling tiles? My venue just has lights on the top and that’s it, it’s so plain looking, I want to do something like this but don’t know how to attach it since there’s nothing on the ceiling to attach
I'm not sure. You may want to ask the venue if they will let you attach your drapes to the fixture or if they can install a hook. Check with them. Good luck.
