This resonates I am finally crawling out of debt after being a single mother for 30 years and planning a vacation for next Spring, I want to start swimming and take golf lessons. I am left wondering why people should get joy from my suffering in the first place? I really see no reason... and what are they going to get from that at the end of the day???😢 Anyway, Pluto in acquarius has been equally scary for me, maybe because of my placements, with delay in payments and extra bills and a giant stop sign on my Dreams and projects: a real Nightmare. I had the coolest revelation about the Fool the other night and specifically the white dog which is also in the 10 of Disks. I have always known the dogs can symbolize a few concepts, but something really clicked in my thought process the other night. The dog in the Fool, although of a generally good and well meaning nature, is the social expectations and social responsibilities we all face. It is there to keep us away from G-d, so to speak, G-d in this card to me the process of going over the cliff, as I like to think of G-d more as movement, but also everything. You know, in life, and how my life currently is, I have only my faith everything material has been stripped and burnt so for me the only thing I can do is trust that concentrating on that ‘flower’ and committing to G-d… the process of fully leaping off a cliff…what more symbol of faith could there be. The material world and the human world is just not giving me any type of break no matter what I try, it is just an act of discipline over my fear, so I act from fear or trust?. I can just totally understand this card with perspective I normally wouldn’t have unless my life burnt apart as it has and continues to before my eyes. Anyway, writing this out also reminds me that The Fool is the mirror to the World. The World is a pathway up from the Tens, so the Ten of Disks with its two white dogs that have been ‘trained’ and are now passive to the aged man… seems like some type of testament to the true reward and relationship with those social expectations, but not in a way where they become ‘false idols’ the dogs, the social expectations do not dictate one’s time anymore, they are useful for the building of a new castle. Almost like the demons Solomon uses to build his temples to G-d. it’s an amazing world and all the clues are always around!
