    🎉 Hello Friends! Welcome to my kitchen! Today we will be making *Winter Special Methi Ladoo*, which is not only delicious but also very beneficial for health.
    Ingredients
    Methi (Fenugreek leaves) - 50 grams (half a cup)
    Urad Dal Flour (Black gram flour) - 1 cup
    Wheat Flour - 1 cup
    Chickpea Flour - 1 cup
    Jaggery - 3 cups
    Ghee - 3 cups
    Cashews - 15-20
    Almonds - 15-20
    Raisins - 15-20
    Topra - 50 grams
    Cardamom Powder - 50 grams
    Method
    1. Grind Methi: Grind the fenugreek leaves coarsely, do not make it too fine.
    2. Heat Ghee: In a pan, heat one tablespoon of ghee and add the ground methi.
    3. Roast Methi: Keep the gas flame low and roast the methi until it turns golden.
    4. Add Ghee and Dry Fruits: Remove the roasted methi to a plate and add cashews, almonds, and raisins.
    5. Add Flour: Add wheat flour, urad dal flour, and chickpea flour, mixing well.
    6. Add Jaggery: Add jaggery to the warm flour mixture and mix everything well.
    7. Make Ladoos: While the mixture is warm, shape it into ladoos and roll in poppy seeds.
