Syrians are struggling because of muslims fighting muslims, shias/sunnis. Nothing to do with jewish Syrians who were always peaceful. Syria has been a victim of muslim extremism

they left all the Arab world, not only Syria. Small communities still exist in Morocco, Tunisia and Yemen
