Nice review! Does it say made in France inside the bag?

Thank you :) it has ‘Made in France’ embossed on the leather that wraps around the end of the bag.

@@willisthesnowman8931 thanks mate! And I agree, so classy bag! Since it is limited, it is a good investment too.

Is it heavier than a regular keepall 50 because of the lining an extra pieces of canvas?

On paper, I’d say there would be a weight difference, in person I don’t think it would be overly noticeable.

I can never buy any Monogram stuff, because it’s canvas. But it’s priced like leather. My self-respect can’t abide such abuse. LV Canvas was meant to protect wooden trunks from rain and cruise abuse, not be a material by itself. All my LV items are 100% leather and long-lasting so the original price has justified itself over the years. The ONE monogram item I bought began tearing down after the third day and only grew worse. Complete tot.

Awesome mate, I’m glad you like your leather LV items.

LV leather depreciates in value whereas their monogram canvas only increases in value each year so it's a better investment to buy canvas over leather even if it makes no sense to you. Canvas is also much more harder wearing and durable than any of their leather items so it makes sense to some people to pay the price as it's a lot less worry free than leather which is more prone to damage.

@@idylledoll Yeah. Except it isn’t. Do you REALLY think I’m just talking with no first-hand experience? I’ve had two canvas items get ruined with the slightest bit of use. Canvas peels. Horribly. Not only that. LV are real a**holes about making it right, despite admitting they know about the canvas’ propensity for damage. But after I threatened to sick my attorney on them they FINALLY acquiesced. Because I had photo proof of the deterioration; dates; receipts, and all of those other hurdles they usually put up to justify their company policy of never replacing/repairing their own errors without charging you even MORE money to fix it. So since then I only buy their leather items. Their canvas is sketchy.

@@rbeygarcia sorry to hear that! Ive always had really good luck with canvas items and never had an issue. It just goes to show you their quality is inconsistent. My vintage monogram ones are basically indestructible!

@@idylledoll I have their leather backpack and im selling it because it is so fragile and im terrified to ruin it as it was very expensive. I do not want tsa tossing it around.
