You don’t understand the market if you are saying that 1652 is available at 1.8cr. Also if I say 2cr plus then I mean that prices are inclusive of GST, other possession charges too. Gst comes out to be around 9 lakhs and other possession charges are around 5lakhs…. Also kindly take the price reference from 99 acre or any good brokerage report like savills or JLL covering latest Dwarka Expressway project prices all inclusive and you will get your answer Please note that these prices are for premium 1652sqft unit with abundant sunlight, park facing and middle floor. There might be EWS facing units which might trade at 10lakhs cheaper
