  • New Orleans District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro used fake, unlawful subpoenas to intimidate and coerce crime victims and witnesses of crimes. The ACLU, the ACLU of Louisiana, and Civil Rights Corps are suing to hold him accountable for abusing his power and breaking the law.

I am going through the same thing right now. I got illegally detained at my own house & the court is charging me with resisting arrest PC 69 & trespassing PC 602. I was drunk at my own house, my parents called the cops on me for being drunk & not going to bed & arguing with them. The cop decided he could arrest me for trespassing after I told him that I live there. I have my business license registered to that address & I work from home. I filed a motion to suppress evidence to stop the District Attorney from subpoenaing & harassing my parents & to prove to the courts that my intentions are not to sue anyone from the police beating I took. The court wants a conviction to close the liability of a lawsuit if they aren't able to convict me. They added 2 more charges so I'm facing 2 felonies & 2 misdemeanors. I checked the Minute Orders for the case & it doesn't show Subpoenas for witness requested to the judge. In a criminal case does a District Attorney have to file the subpoena through the Judge? Is there a way to pull up a record of what motions & moves the District Attorney is doing? How can I check to see if these Subpoenas are REAL and filed properly?

Former assistant vice undersecretary of defense John Rogers and his daughter make this look fair given how much they’ve abused and violated law. Even a police chief admitted tampering, destruction, falsified legally protected records in more than quadruplicate in addition to violation of attorney client rights, multiple instances of targeted unlawful harassment by uniformed police, knowingly false arrest, violations of international rights some that have even been admitted, fraud in excess of $10 mil, several instances of attempted murder, numerous death threats/suspicious circumstances and a lot of other stuff. All of that has to do with just 1 person he and his daughter targeted.

Why would you want people killed if the AG at least brought a prosecution successfully? What did they seek/what harm was done? Do you have papers/what’s the docket? Do you have any other information? Trying to call people crazy without basis is a common tactic of actual terrorist threats and it’s worth understanding that organizations like the cia have hostile threats that suppose themselves as cia when really they serve another or several others. This happens all the time and it’s why we have stuff like counter intelligence, clearance reviews, etc. Things like undermining lawful order/human rights are things that have been done. The aclu have done a statistically above average job working as a check and balance though that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement as I’m sure some of their members would definitely tell you. They have also even represented acknowledged public members of controversial organizations like the KKK. I can’t make sense of your statement factually. Sounds like an unusual case though. If you have the docket can you upload it?

Hiccum Blurpaedius what? I don’t understand what you are talking about factually regarding battle going back centuries. Do you have any documentation of what you are claiming? Do you have any of the court documents from your case?

Hiccum Blurpaedius I would like to help you if there’s anything there and I know it can be pretty overwhelming when there are legitimate issues but it’s very difficult for me to know what you are actually saying. If you have documentation please send it otherwise I’m sorry but I don’t think I can help you without being able to understand the matters. Generically please refrain from making statements that could be interpreted as threats without legal justification such as broadly suggesting people kill police/states attorneys etc.

Nick Schwartz that is the same person. The title referenced has changed multiple times on the Wikipedia page that you appear to be going off which id suggest isn’t a primary source document. I’ve spoken to him previously. He has a personal relationship with the police chief that has admitted to this. Factually denying a formal admission by that chief himself is inherently a delusional assertion, divergent from fact/reality. I’m directly aware of these matters. You don’t inherently need to publish primary source documents in the New York Times to have relevant, quality data. That would make for a pretty weird legal system wouldn’t it? If you have four separate recordings of a matter just because you tamper with 1 of them doesn’t inherently damage the others depending upon the records system. You would have an interesting time explaining how somebody would be having sexual relations or court filings with a woman who you claim doesn’t even exist despite several easily available sources of data that are publicly searchable disconfirming your assertions regarding whether he has children. He has a son and a daughter. I’m glad that you’re an expert on this and feel its necessary to make defamatory statements towards somebody while citing remarkably inaccurate basic facts and no source. I want what should be a simple thing if the us is a non failed state: basic function of law, core infrastructure, justice and accountability of those responsible. This should be especially simple considering the cases have been handed on a silver platter if law is still a thing in this country.

Hiccum Blurpaedius sir genuinely you need some help that I can’t provide you and I’m sorry for your situation. Please don’t talk about killing police. There are lots of good people in law enforcement. Making death threats to police and others who haven’t done any provable harm/pose an immediate threat to your person is a reason people would take your weapons. I hope you get whatever help it is you need but I don’t have the resources at the moment.

Shin Ken it’s often quite a wait though to get applications processed if they even take the matter that’s the problem. Needs a lot more ability to mobilize at scale.
