Thank you Victor for those informations. But Sadly the Killam scholarship is for foreigners who are living in Canada...because when I fill in my personal information, and I use my home country phone number (North Africa) the system refused to continue to next step...saying that I'm not eligible for this scholarship. Even the eligibility details pdf provided in the site shows error when you click on it. I think there's misleading by the school saying the scholarship is for Canadias and international students, but doesn't be clear which international students. Those ones in Canada or outside Canada?

@@younessbourakkadi it is best to email and confirm because north American schools are very upfront with their eligibility requirements. if it is only for foreigners living in Canada... they will say so [i have done my masters in USA and PhD in Canada]. these are countries where people can sue for things like this. A phone number can not be used to determine your eligibility for a scholarship and definifity not proof that you live outside Canada. it is always best to email and ask.... a simple hi, i would like to know why i am ineligible for the scholarship when i meet the application requirements is enough.
