    Hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving. Fun class. love this pilates workout with you chicas. great routines on flexibility and balance. One thing that helps a lot after doing each routine, even do a good warm up is like a 5 minute shimmy for a warm up is great, and also in between each different routine, shimmy is good to loosen up the muscles too for a minute too. just a friendly tip for you chicas here to do every class. it really helps.
