Can never get enough views of the Lake Tahoe area. I was fortunate enough to grow up in Northern California only an hour from there. Spent many days skiing in Tahoe and summers hiking. Mr. Perfect, love it. Ichiro definitely a first ballot HoFer. Thanks for getting all the things in order for the TH-cam meet up in Cleveland at the National.
@@BaseballCollector, I you ski at Heavenly resort, there are points at the tops of some ridges where you can look to your left and see the lake and look to your right and see the great expanse of the desert in Nevada. Pretty unbelievable.
Congrats on the new card additions, Mike. It really doesn't make sense to pay the hefty premium to 'meet' a player at a paid signing - esp. given that often, this 'meeting' is fleeting. Then if want to grade the card, that's more time, more money, and more effort. Not your first rodeo! 🤠 Great to hear that you, Julie, and family had a great holiday. 👍
In 2015, my brother had his bachelor party weekend at South Lake Tahoe. We cruised over to Emerald Bay and climbed the rocks to the Tea House on Fannette Island. Beautiful area, but that water was cold!
Mr commissioner, sorry you're not enjoying the NBA finals as much as we are in Boston but it's great to get a chance to watch one of the all-time greats in luka. I remember when Eric from those back pages in 2019 was telling a bunch of people to get his cards because he's going to be the real deal... and boy has he ever become the real deal. anyway wanted to also thank you for your part in helping put together the TH-cam meet and greet this year, I know there are a lot of people behind the scenes but wanted to thank you personally... Those diamond kings don't autographs don't show up very well with the dark backgrounds. I guess the attraction is the diamond king set? Lake Tahoe looks beautiful! Need to put that on my bucket list! Enjoy your videos! The grail collection you guys bought was so amazing!
Wasn’t collecting modern in the mid to late 90s. Those Diamond Kings are wild looking. Was always a fan may have to start picking some of those up - no idea if the non auto versions are cheap or not. Cool pick-ups and glad you had a great trip.
Over $100 for Thomas! I got into getting every one of his RC & XRC cards signed. Just a few years ago, I was getting cards signed for $35. I do realize $35 was a steal but over $100! Thankfully all I need done to complete the run is a 1987 McDag Auburn Tigers card.
I’m rooting for Jayson Tatum because he’s the St. Louis kid. Sucks he plays for a Boston team though. Nice Griffey auto. It would be cool to get him to sign my ticket from the game he hit HR 500. Went for the Lou Brock bobblehead and ended up watching history.
Cool auto's one last send ins to PSA/DNA had a Frank Thomas I got signed over the wall at a game come back not real even though watched him sign when i was 17. I have a Ryan and Bench need to get done but worry since I got at ballparks when young.
