This show is weird. They're all wearing pajamas but I could see them applying a thin layer of make up, so it'a all set up for shooting.

The show and industry love to portray a certain image. Content that portrays idols being "normal" and "like us" yet still being far out of reach is common. You need to be pretty, skinny and cute, but "effortlessly". Diets, makeup and plastic surgery are seen as for "fakes" while true idols are depicted 100% natural. The panel of people, I expect is suppose to represent us, worrying about calories, being amazed at their "natural beauty" that none of us can have. The goal is we are suppose to want to be them, wake up pretty and eat anything, however, we can never be that, which again makes idols seem like ideals of ourselves.
I can only see wonyoung and Yujin wearing make up and you can also see how their skin is abit whiter than when they have make up on as they always make their face look pale. And also idols may not be comfortable revealing their fire identity or too shy to like there are lots of people like this. Being so famous make you have many insecurities so applying make up could make them feel better and more comfortable infront of cameras. Pls don’t hate in them for this or say you hate shows like this just because of that reason they work really hard to be in that show so yh.
