Funny story: a buddy of mine got one of those Expeditions for his first car and its suspension was blown out in the back which they are notorious for being light in the rear and they tend to get bouncy. I went with him to drive it home and he rolled it as we were turning into the driveway. It was a very gentle and gradual roll where you don't think it's going to roll over until it's on its side and then its roof. Craziest feeling but hilarious at the time because his parents had a security cam and it looked like a turtle slowly rolling into its back and all you see is my buddy and I unbuckle our seatbelts and drop out of our seats and hit the roof. 😂
When I was a kid my family had one of the first 98 Expeditions in Canada. It was in the family until my sis flipped it on a country road back in 2011. She still had her learner's and she got spooked when one of the front wheels hit a Boulder on a country road. The road curved around a large hill that was flanked by a marshy lake. Instead of crashing into the lake, she instead turned toward the hill. The suv drove up the hill until it tipped onto it's side. My sis, father and brother who where in the vehicle at the time where ok. But the Truck ended up being scrapped. That 98 Expedition was good to us, and gave us no problems till the very end. A few years later my parents bought a 2013 Expedition Eddie Bauer, that they still own. This video brings back allot of great memories from my childhood, thanks Jeff. Have been watching your channel since 2017 keep up the great work!
