I love the fact that Palm's mother admits that she is selfish and loves herself more than his son. I feel sad for Palm but it's how life is, sometimes you cannot be loved by someone you want to, especially parents. There's no perfect parents, just other humans. This show feels real
Loving yourself is not selfish. She confirmed she didn't willingly have him, the world forces the concept of pregnancy on women, maybe the world shouldn't be selfish and nosy on how a woman lives. Then we will have less orphans or children with childhood trauma.

From the moment your child is born, you ARE responsible and it is considered as selfish to leave your child, even though you didn't want it. And there's nothing to do with forced pregnancy, Palm's mother loved her husband and never mentioned that she didn't want a child, she just felt uncomfortable to settle and the fact that she didn't have freedom AFTER trying

So many kids who are adopted or live with single parents have abandonment issues because they grow up thinking they weren't wanted. I cannot even begin to imagine how utterly heartbreaking it is for such a child to be confirmed to by their own parent that they weren't wanted 😩
I get that her admitting it means Palm knows not to have any expectations from the get-go, but ngl he didn't seem to have any. He just seemed to have been wondering why she left. I mean, I'm tryna figure out whether it was really necessary for her to say all that and my conclusion is that I really don't think it was. What was it going to change? Literally nothing🤡
I'm not shaming Mama for choosing to live her life and follow her dreams. Like do you boo! At least she knew she was leaving Palm somewhere safe. I'm just saying idt it was necessary to say everything she said and in the way she said it. There were so many ways to sugarcoat her words to spare Palm's feelings. But that's just my take on it

I love how honest Palm's mom is with Palm. She tells him straight and she apologizes without asking for forgiveness. I like her approach better than a parent lying or trying to hide their guild, and then asking for forgiveness.

Forgiveness can only come from the one who was wronged. I know I don't like even asking for it anymore cause it puts the pressure on the person who was wronged. Nuengdiao helping palm buttoning his shirt, fixing his hair the beach scenes, they were so cute. I like how Palm is always asking Nuengdiao questions, he does it so cutely while staring at him and when Nueng was explaining to Palm about that story of love while playing with Palm's body, that scene was really cute and Palm gazing at him. and the moment they reached home and found everything scattered everywhere, he couldn't let go of Nuengdiao's hand. I just wish Ben would realize how much chopper likes him🥺

I love how domestic they were at the beginning and I had the biggest smile while watching them. They are really happy together and Nueng is forever a helpless romantic and I can’t believe they don’t see that they are each other’s half. This series is showing the beauty of a first love, a love that has two people looking at one another with so much longing, their eyes hold so much in them that I can’t believe they don’t know they are each other’s person, that person both are looking for or they just don’t want to admit it now. Also, Nueng is acknowledging Palm as someone who has done so much for him and it feels good that Palm is being recognized, because he’s really a nice and heartwarming person who deserves all the good things in life. This story has some tension between them and I love how Nueng just touches Palm’s skin and both are feeling the warmth of the touches. They clearly want to be connected and become one 🥺
I just love how human this series is. We are all flawed, make mistakes and are inherently selfish, and it's nice to see that portrayed here. Human. We are just human.

Perth and Chimon know how to act with just their eyes so that moment in the restroom stall was everything 😭 I’m sure Ben knows those eyes hold so much and that Chopper feels something more for him. Chopper really wears his heart on his sleeve, so not being aware of his feelings is something I wouldn’t believe from Ben. Also, it must have been hard for Ben being forced to admit that he likes men, I feel sorry about his situation, he’s clearly not a bad person and I’m here for his character development and for Chopper and Ben’s story ^^
palm’s mom character is so well-written. i cant even describe how rare it is for me to like a character who left their child 😭
I love Nueng and Palm being all domestic and cute , the way they were teasing eachother , Nueng helping Palm getting dressed , hugging one another was so adorable

everytime palm looks at nueng, i feel butterflies in my stomach. he may not a vocal person but his eyes tell how much he feels love for nueng. there's something about the stares he's giving him. what a talented actors.
The real & raw interaction between Palm and his mother and the way Palm's mother opens her arms for Palm is my all ❤️.

omg i could smell the love stink through the screen, PondPhuwin chemistry makes PalmNueng look like a new married couple going on their honeymoon. Their little gestures such as pinching nose, fixing hair, etc. it’s super sweet.
I just know that Perth and Chimon are going to give it to us in their series because they play so well together in this show and it’s really the fact that both of them can show so much without even talking. It’s so amazing to watch.

can i just say i LOVE the direction this show takes with their characters?! i think this is the first thai bl i've seen where the response to an outing focuses on the fact that they were outed as queer rather than the fact that their "relationship" got outed. or even more, the fact that they also make queerness a personal thing rather than only being defined by being in a relationship
furthermore, the way they can make complicated characters that don't necessarily have to be good or bad. like palm's mom, she's hurt palm a lot by leaving but she's also not portrayed as a villain for doing so, while still showing that it caused hurt. it's such a low bar for a show lol but just the way they can write realistic and complicated characters into an already interesting show makes me so much more invested into it. love this show so much!!!

The domestic side of Palm and Nueng had me almost blushing lol! I couldn’t take the cuteness. Then they cut to Ben and Chopper and I got fired up. That boy literally out Ben for money. How low can you get?! Phum and him need to suffer the consequences. I was wondering when Palm and his mom would have this conversation, and I’m glad it happened. She didn’t sugarcoat anything. The truth is hard to accept sometimes but I’m glad she told it.
I like how they made Palm's mom, she loves and cares about her kid but isn't perfect and also loves herself and her lifestyle. Parents aren't perfect, they're also just people like the rest of us and of course it's bad to abandon your children but she isn't sitting here pretending to be the perfect mom or trying to play innocent and act as if it wasn't a big deal. She owns up to her mistakes and to the fact that what she did hurt Palm and his dad but that it doesn't mean she doesn't care about them at all, just that she cared about herself a bit more. I'm glad they're able to talk things out and make up a bit in this way.

The color they used when Palm and his mom talk is so pretty, it's look so calming and sad at the same time.
I'm sure many people have said it before but Palm's mother is such refreshing take on writing female characters. I have never seen a woman apologize for following her heart over her son even though she loves him because mothers usually don't have the agency to do that and are expected to be a mother even if they're a bad one, or they are written as being totally heartless absentee mothers. This story shows the opposite where not all women are ready to raise kids even if they love them. I feel bad for both of them 😭❤

I love Palm's mum's honesty about herself and who she is. She knows she's selfish and only looks out for herself and she is at least apologetic about it and she loves her son but not as much as herself but she loves her son and i think it was good for Palm to hear it and understand it and that he shouldn't blame himself for things he cannot control. They have an understanding and that's all that matters.
The scene of Palm and his mother made me so emotional, It was an important point of this ep and this series, she admitting she was selfish and that despite that still love her son... 💔💔 I think it was the first step to finally starting to create a truly real mother and son relationship 💗❤🩹 sincerity!

He hasn’t had felt that he’s that important for a person to stay with him or because of him, just look at how his mom left him and how he didn’t understand, but I’m glad his mother didn’t lie to him, I’m glad she was candid with the things she wants and how she admitted she loves herself more than she loves him, it’s painfully obvious that she wants to enjoy her life and she was not ready to be a mom and I don’t think she will ever be, but they can be together and have a good relationship. I mean, it’s better than nothing, that way Palm won’t expect things from her. Later, Palm will choose between his duty as a bodyguard and his heart, his feelings for Nueng, because he will be in so much love that it will hurt so much and you know he’s gonna suffer 😭

Finally it was discussed how outing someone is absolutely wrong. Ben telling how he was forced to admit to liking men when he wasn't ready was so terrible. Poor child would associate trauma and pain with coming out.
Never Let Me Go is currently on going, I watched it from eps 1 until now and I continue to follow it. And in eps 2-3 (I forgot) I found out that Pond Phuwin already had a series together before, namely Fish Upon The Sky. So, along with the release of the new NLMG eps, I watched FUTS afterwards so that I would cheer up again because NLMG is a series that hurt my heart. I hope this series is happy ending

I really like the opening of the episode with palmnueng as married boyfriends, they are very happy together. and the music to choose was in the first trailer if I'm not mistaken.I also like the last scene where palm and his mother have a serious conversation, I can understand his mother because it's realistic and this problem exists in real life. she could say what she thought

The first six minutes were so awesome...two ordinary boys enjoying their life, thats it. I really loved how Nueng narrated the tale to Palm and gave him a cap with the phrase Never Let Us Go. And then when they return from their fun outing, there is chaos in their residence.

And the pain when Ben said how he had to confess he liked guys when he was not ready...and also most of the students concluded that Ben blamed Nueng...so even though he hid the fact that he initiated the kiss, everybody knows the truth. Neung is not present to fall prey for criticisms, but it would be hard for Ben since he had to go to school daily and hear all kinds of comments about him. He was really hurt...I am just hoping Aun walks on the right path after this...and also if Palm knows he was behind the spreading of photos, I can imagine Palm hitting Aun so hard till he bleeds.
