Is it recomended fo cyrus to lvl 100? Cause, i did the same thing as you did but the damage isn't enough granted i do not have a second thunder stormskill

I assume you don't have enough damage for the last phase
1 - No need for him to lvl 100, around lvl 90 can do.
2 - if you have Luna Baculus+10/reforged, you can use that on either starky/feinne/harle
3 - if don't have Luna Baculus, just grab that second thunda storm
Even then, you should be able to use stellar burst during the last AF, near the end of AF, which I did not use. Did it not help enough to finish the boss off?
