In the absolute grace of God... He found no place where Satan could go.... Every place that was created, was filled with God, his presence, and his light. There was no place for Satan to go..... God had to prepare a place for Satan. Regardless whether we think it's harsh...... That is what it is when you are not in the presence of God. God in his grace gave Satan exactly what he wanted....his own kingdom. And anyone on earth who chooses not to accept God.....well, that's the only other place to go. Hell wasn't created for man it was created for Satan and those that choose to follow him.
