    ዶክተር እኔ ሁለተኛው አይነት ስኳር ነበረብኝ አሁን 4-5 ገብቼ አቁሜዋለው ዶክተር ብሎኝ ግን አንድ ሰው በቀን መጠኑ ስት የሆነ ካርቦሀይድሬት መብላት አለብኝ

    Thank you Doctor,… I am a nurse in the US recently found out my A1C is high … I am trying different foods & how they affect my BG with out any medication (on both our cultural foods & foods that most abesha people eat in the US). I Planning to do educational videos,… can you suggest me where to find a research paper about Glycemic index of Ethiopian foods,… and I would like to find research about the rising no of kidney failure patients in Ethiopia. In my opinion Diabetes, Hypertension, and mixing foreign stuff in food by some business people can be major factors. I want to focus on prevention.

      Except Kocho...in US you have all our cultural foods as main part of your dish like tubers... the recipe may differ which can also affect the glycemic index.
      You may look on google scholar for relaible research article....

      በአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ
      ክብደት በመቀነስ
      እና በለሎች ዘደዎች ስኳሩን መቆጣጠር ይኖርብሻል።
      ካለተቻለ መድኃኒት ግድ ይሆናል።
