This is not meant to be offensive, just feedback. I love that you're doing your own thing, and I really hope it goes well. I have found that I can't listen to your videos, because they actually put me to sleep. I'm not sure why this is, because I really dislike shouty youtubers, but this is too far the other way, I guess. Just wanted to give that feedback, since I truly do wish you well. Best of luck to you in any event!
I loved this vehicle from the moment I first saw one. It should become a collectible classic… such a great looking pickup, and a brave decision to make it. Cheers Mike!
For a 2004, if that vehicle 'lived' in my part of the country, Michigan, I'm betting you would have seen a LOT more rust under there. I have seen in my past roads looking white, but not from snow, but salt. Where I live, near Traverse City, they don't use as much salt as down state, there is more sand in their mix, for traction I'm guessing.
Lol, yea it used to be more sand & only the intersection got salt, when it was warm enough. (Tho my first couple of cars had studs in the snow tires, lol!). It seems now everyone HAS to drive fast on dry, cleared roads, not be concerned about better driving habits... I'm 130 mi South of you...
@@1983dmd yeppers, I've seen the heaters they use to warm that sand & crushed stone as they spread it. Stays put very well, & continues to provide traction till spring, lol!
Seems like such a solid truck that aged well, mechanical-wise! I definitely still love the looks of this truck. Interior sucks, but is still pleasant to look at compared to a silverado of this era. It's unfortuanate it can't really tow, but that's fine for a simple cruiser! I might pick one of these up one day just for fun.
Hey Magic Mike. I wish you all the best for going on your own. I hope your business thrives! If I lived in Kansas and not NJ, I would go to you to work on my Grand Cherokee.
Hey dude, your videos were great before, don’t show ok parts, show us how you repaired them in quick and efficient and effective ways, like your previous videos, I loved them before now they are like every one’s else’s videos.
Ive changed the seals in the roof hydro rams of 3 Merc SLKs. Just bought the seals online about £15, and changed them over. Did u not feel it was a job u cud do, as opposed to sending them off for someone else to do it ??
Back then Chevy and Chrysler were making some cool cars. Even Saturn and Pontiac were in the game. Then 2008, the RE Mortgage (woke diversity) Crash, and Obama happened.
All you need is a lift in your shop! I hope Bendpak or Wildfire Lifts are subscribers.
This vehicle has appeared on more TH-cam videos than any vehicle in America!!!
Very cool of the new owner to bring it to you!👏🏼 Thanks for sharing!😎
I actually like the SSR. You should team up with EuroAsian Bob, he is interesting and entertaining!
Mike, keep them coming. Glad you don't taste the fluids like your last boss!
Nice walkthrough of the condition of one of these unique rides.

When it is too cold, salt does not work and they have to use sand or fine gravel...Welcome to Quebec with minus 35 Celsius winter nights !!

Great video. Nice SSR. Looking forward to the next one.

The SSR is one of my Holy Grail cars to own!
These are still cool trucks. Glad the top struts aren’t too difficult to get to. (Glad to see you’re in a tank top again…your arms look great!)
I love my 2005 SSR Asphalt Black Supercharged ! It is an awesome car.
Pretty clean underneath and in the engine bay for that mileage. I vaguely remember those and you rarely seen one anymore.
Excellent video Mike! You are giving us exactly what we need to see in a video. Thank you so much 😊

Good example of the past :) that pick-up truck is weird. Nice vidéo Mike.
really enjoy your style of examination and repair, keep up the great videos
Magic Mike, good decision going out on your own.
Ty for this video Grand Tour of this unusual vehicle
Most vehicles with automatic transmission requires a running engine in order to check the oil level of the transmission accurately.
Thank you for not calling him Urine nation, Bob, like Hoovie does.
Another great video Mike!!......personally, I never liked those trucks but, they are interesting!!! Thanks again...cheers !!
Magic Mike, hi from western Canada 🇨🇦, I’m enjoying your videos and if I lived closer to your shop I would bring my Fiat in, not a threat 😅
I would always be hoping I didn't see it... But, to each their own.
That thing must really move with that big V8 in a small truck.
love that truck!
Keep with the good work🎉
Very cool 😎
In the old days they'd probably call this a 327 even if it isn't quite 327 cubic inches.

The Dakota convertible will forever be my number 1 convertible truck, but this weirdly ugly thing is a distant second.

These are super cool cars.
Weren't about 15-20% of the cars in your area once owned by Tyler Hoover? 🤔
