It's a royalty-free piece of music simply called "Ambient Dark Industrial Techno" that I used. I usually use my own music in my TH-cam videos but that piece seemed to work for this video so I used it. I got it from my subscription to Envato Elements (a pay-for multimedia library).
Yes, the west side of Toronto's downtown core seems to get the most attention but the east side has its charms and is seeing significant densification and heightening, especially near the lake.
