Just a thing, u didn’t allow him to take back anything, an illegal play is an illegal play and thus gets rewind to before the legal action took place as continuing with a legal play creates a false game state. He keeps the book no matter what.
Lightsworn is such an awful matchup for rhynos. All of their guys are so big, they have honest to win battles and JD to clear out your protection, This is all before they side in the royal decrees.
The player can activate Lyla’s eff with priority, however, in order for it to actually resolve it needs to go to def, so if a player activates bottomless/torrential in response, Lyla’s eff to pop wouldn’t occur However declaring the eff with priority can be useful if you’re goal is to make cards miss timing, like Dupe Frog or Alchemist, if you feel like the set card might be a torrential tribute
Team Starlight is #safespace for misplays! It’s all about learning, and you gotta keep in mind most people have little to no experience playing against this deck.
you can actually tribute consecrated for caius/vanity fiend too

I don't think the misplays have to do with your deck per say. It's more so the LS player not making the optimal plays...good duel regardless
@@dannywhite5366 Exactly. Also his monarch opponent last duel too
