@@307rossiff she's one of the easiest characters to build in whole genshin and deal highers dmg with low investment, the first day I got her c0 lvl 70 wearing Tidal shadow R4 i deal 600k with kachina lvl70, Kaeya lvl70, linette lvl70. Now I can deal +800k in the abyss with Rosaria, Bennett, Xilonen knowing that many cc are saying she's good only if you have Citlali.
I have citlali and furina, do you think it's worth building gaming when he's still c0? How much difference does gaming damage give compared to when he's c0 and c6?
I would particularly choose the cloud retainer, but it is for comfort, I believe that Xilonen would be better, because two of Natlan on the team is better for the Natlan's artifacts set and would also increase Citlali's damage together, instead of just Gaming

in theory, Xianyun would be better, but Xilonen it's more comfortable to use since her setups are more easy to do (And if you're using Cinder City on Citlali, she's lowers by a significant amount her er% req thanks to one of her asc passives)

Citlali's burst fills up her Skill so instead of waiting for her Skill cooldown, use her burst.
