Do ur work & stop scaring the ppl. If there was better planning cities won't be that close to the cost. We don't have any beaches cos ppl build on the beaches which should have been the natural defense. There's a solution to every problem if ppl think. Netherlands have been below sea level for centuries but it has not vanished.
