Interestingly the ruler of the 8th house is ruled by Mars and ruler of the 9th house is Saturn. Moon is AK in Water sign. So I am definitely a mix. Though I would say the most dominant element is Air due to Shadbala. Personally I feel I am becoming more like Saturn over time on the foundation of Water + Earth if that makes any sense at all :)

Most of my planets are in scorpio and Pisces.

What about people who have many planets in Moksha houses? For example I have all my planets in Moksha houses in D9. Except Venus.
